A Nigerian startup, GreenLab Microfactory has recently organised a STEM education program, tagged TICK STEM Rural HangOut for children in one of the rural settlements in Akure , Ondo state. It introduced emerging world technologies to its participants who are children of age range 5-12. The technologies involved

The event indeed achieved its purpose of introducing kids to emerging technologies and grant them the right exposure . The organizing team also did the major work of ensuring that each of the kids got an idea of what was been taught. But there is a question?
The big question is?
How productive is the learning process of the initiative? Can it be sustained? Will one day program ensure the kids know whats taught well?
In answering the question asked , the team lead of GreenLab Microfactory field events, Kolawole Segun , said
"the initiative is that, all children everywhere gets to know one thing about the emerging technologies that are changing the scope of their daily living. And with GreenLab's "1 Student 1 Arduino project" (1S1A) initiative, which has been launched for over one year. Its a expected that they continue to learn on a fully sponsored ground-
The 1S1A is a sponsored 3 month program for children ,that allows them to learn the cores of Arduino programming and development, for 3 months consecutively, the company has ensured that it will further enter into partnership with Durian Craft village to organise the long term based project for the kids to ensure they understand what they have been exposed to in full scope...."
The answer gave full and satisfactory answer to the questions asked.....
